What are the Medicaid procedures?

I work as an EMT part time and my wife is a dental asst. full time… Her work dosent offer insurance and my work will not give it to me since im part time.. We are paying for health and materinty insurance through bcbs and its really costly… We cant afford it now… Im in college and we are trying to have a baby… Do you think could be covered by medicaid?
